Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. on all orders. 

• Orders to residential or commercial addresses will be shipped via UPS or FedEx and should arrive 1-5 days after the order has been processed and shipped.

• Orders being delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO locations will be shipped via UPS SurePost (delivered by the USPS) and should arrive within 2-7 days after the order has been processed and shipped.

A shipping fee of $25.00 will apply to all orders with delivery addresses in Alaska or Hawaii.  Please allow 4-6 days for delivery of these orders after processing and confirmation of shipping.

Two Business Day expedited shipping (Second Day Air by 5pm) is available within the contiguous U.S. at a cost of $30.00 per order.  Footmates.com does not not guarantee nor take responsibility for the timely delivery of any expedited shipping service.  Shipping cost refunds will not be provided.

Next Day expedited shipping services and International shipping options are not available at this time.

Address Changes

If you need to make a change to your delivery address, please contact us immediately!  Please provide the order number, your email, and the new delivery address when submitting this request.  Contact us now. 

We will do our best to change the shipping address on any order, however, depending on the amount of time after the order has been placed, address changes may be subject to a Change Order Fee of $25.00. 

If we can catch the order in our fulfillment center than no fee will be charged.  If the order has shipped and we must recall the shipment from UPS and re-ship the order to a new address, then the $25.00 Change Order Fee will apply.
